Rachel Grant, BA (Hons) HRM, Chartered MCIPD, is an experienced Human Resource practitioner who has worked extensively in the private and not-for-profit sectors. Rachel has over 20 years of experience across all aspects of the HR field. From her experience of working within the Community and Voluntary Sector, Rachel is acutely aware of the necessity for Organisations to have access to professional HR supports, who have the knowledge and expertise to advise and guide them in implementing best practices in their workplace setting, while remaining compliant with statutory employment legislation.
Maura is a Specialist in the field of Early Years Care and Education and holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Early Childhood Studies. With over 15 years’ experience of working within ELC & SAC services, Maura is fully equipped to support Community Childcare Organisations in the implementation and ongoing development of Síolta – the National Quality Framework and policy development relative to ELC and SAC services.
Irene is a specialist in the area of Finance and holds a Degree in Business Studies (BBS) majoring in Accounting. Irene brings with her over 20 years of Finance experience from both a Commercial and not-for-profit organisations. Her main career focus over the past 10 years has been within the Charity Sector. Irene holds a range of financial skills from day to day management of Financial Accounts, End of Year Annual Reports, Forecasting, Budgeting and the preparation of financial returns to funders. Over the years Irene has built up her knowledge in relation to the Childcare Services and the staffing needs in this sector.
Linda holds an Honours Degree in BSc. Mgt specialising in Human Resource Management and is CIPD qualified. With over 16 years HR experience having predominantly worked in the telecommunications sector.
