Karen Smith

Hi there, my name is Karen Smith, and I am the Assistant Manager and Afterschool Co-ordinator in Giggles Childcare Service, Ballivor, Co. Meath. I am with the company for the last 6 years and currently hold a level 6 in childcare and now I am studying for my QQI Level 7 Degree in Blanchardstown TU.

I love working with all the children but in particular the afterschool children. I enjoy music, drama sport and reading. I like to encourage the children to be creative and like to put on shows to show off all their talents (every child has at least one!!). I like to think I can have a positive impact on the children and their lives.
