Linda Duffy joined the Crann Support Group as a Human Resource Specialist in 2021.
Linda holds an Honours Degree in BSc. Mgt specialising in Human Resource Management and is CIPD qualified. With over 16 years HR experience having predominantly worked in the telecommunications sector. Linda is well experienced in providing managers with day to day support and guidance and conducting HR audits to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice, assisting in performance management issues, handling disciplinary issues, grievances and dignity at work investigations.
Linda has a strong focus on full employee life cycle needs and HR compliance. Her key areas of expertise are Employee Relations, compliance and best practice Policies and Procedures that reflect the Organisations mission and core values. Linda has an in-depth knowledge of the critical HR issues facing organisations, a thorough understanding of HR interventions and is creative in her thinking in implementing recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
