Receptionist Required- Trim Community Childcare GLC. -Part Time

Position Information:

Job Title: Receptionist

Reporting To: Service Manager

Location: Trim, County Meath

Contract: Fixed-Term: April to August (20hr/week)

Primary Purpose:

To provide administrative and secretarial support for Customers in an efficient and effective manner

Main Responsibilities include the following

  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
  • Perform clerical duties in order to maintain the office administration.
  • Support the General Manager and other staff in clerical duties.
  • Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the general public
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and emails
  • Direct telephone calls to the appropriate staff members
  • Pick up and deliver the mail
  • Open and date stamp all correspondence
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Provide word-processing, excel and PowerPoint support to staff
